Manager has the autonomy to run with his or her
own business platform and in most cases one office is completely
different from the other. Our philosophy is to “Build the hole around the peg”
vs. that other way of doing things. Below is the basic structure of what a Virtual Loan Officers responsibilities are:
- Find a lender for the program you need for your customer
- Get the Application and good faith signed
- Lock the loan
- Order the Appraisal and Title
- Submit the package to the lender
